She had a decent website before but without Search Engine Optimization (SEO), she
felt that she was not reaching her potential target audience. The new website, which

help candidates and managers understand the role of the laboratory sales executive
recruiter and the perspective they have of the job search. Specifically, Peggy

the laboratory industry sales or management professional. Before the blog and the
updated website, Peggy's website was only drawing around 50 visitors per week. In
February, the new site was already averaging 60 visitors per day!!! Now the website
is being visited by 100 people per day! So in a single day, her site is experiencing
as many visitors as her old site would get in 2 weeks!! The impact to her business
is multi-faceted. She has developed relationships with companies that she had no
relationship with before. The increased number of candidates has given her a much
greater base to recruit from. This base allows her to pursue more searches and have
